"I had a presumption that, for doing yoga, one has to strain all the muscles & it would be very painful. But after yoga had been taught along with the importance & benefits of it, I hardly miss to do it. Thus it has become a part of my morning activities. Some days, I tend to avoid doing yoga but on those days, my parents encourage me to do it. It helps me in increasing my concentration level and in being a brisk student."

"It was difficult for me to read and write, when I joined this school last year. I was selected for remedial classes. To improve my reading and writing of Tamil, a workbook was given to me, which was helpful for learning. The Isha teachers taught the alphabets first, then framing of small sentences, etc. Thus, this kind of step-by-step process makes me eager to learn and it’s like a day-to-day challenge for me, where I have to excel every day. My studies have shown a great improvement and I am happy to learn as it’s a joyful process."

- Yasodha, 7th Standard, GBHSS Thondamuthur, Coimbatore

"Isha education provided training on how to create a school nursery in the campus. I learned how to fill sand in the covers and plant the seeds. While watering the plant, I felt happy. When I saw the sprout coming from the filled cover and growing gradually, it gave me immense joy and kept me motivated to involve fully in the nursery activity. I developed a lot of interest towards nursery activities as I started to enjoy spending time with nature a lot."

- N. Ranjith, 8th Standard, GHSS, Thirunavalur, Villupuram
